First, open Referrals and Commissions in your affiliate portal.
Tracking can be affected by different devices or browsers, cleared cookies, or private browsing. Self-referrals are not allowed.
Get Help with a Missing Referral or Commission
If you think a referral was missed, email [email protected] with the email address the person used to sign up, along with any relevant details about the referral.
Please include any screenshots or other evidence showing that you generated the lead, such as a lead notification or signup record from your funnel. This will help our team investigate.
Our team will review the details, including whether another affiliate is already associated with the signup. Manual commission credit is subject to review and isn’t guaranteed.
